Dr. Wu graduated from University College London with Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1985. As an undergraduate, she received the American Association of Endodontics Merrit Award. She worked as a houseman in the restorative department in University College Hospital and left for Singapore in 1987.

While working in Singapore, since 1987, she had the privilege of offering her dental services at the Refugee camp at Hawkins Road, Sembawang. She also had a short stint in working at the Sembawang Drug Rehabilitation Centre in the late 1980’s. She worked at Tay Dental Surgery Pte Ltd from 1998 to 2005. Dr. Wu returned to the UK in 2005, continuing her work in providing dental care. In 2022, she returned to Singapore and rejoined Tay Dental.

She is passionate about her work and continual professional development. She strongly believes in working as a team, providing the best possible care for the patients she serves. She delights in seeing young children enjoy their dental visits, making their necessary treatment a less daunting experience for them. She takes extra care and time treating the older patients, making sure that they are comfortable with the treatment they receive. She is experienced in all aspects of general dentistry and is committed to provide good quality dentistry in a gentle and caring manner.

She enjoys music making in small groups, nature walks and cooking good food.
